So I can get my car checked out for free? I wonder what they'll think when they open my hood. There'll be some head scratching and a couple "whats that stuff in thar?".
I might just go anyways. Sept 17 to 23 - Yeah book me on Sunday the 17th -Ha! like they'll be open.

As much as I'd love them to check out evil supercharger, I'm still under warranty. In case something goes boom, there's always the option of pulling the warranty card. (after returning to stock of course)

The funny thing is that I was mildly worried about the SC on my car when I took it to the dealer this Tuesday. The service manager took down my description of the problem then looked out the window at my car and asked, "What have you got under the hood?"

I told him it had a blower. He smiled and said, "Cool!" Who knew.

Later when he called to tell me that the exhaust manifold had warped and would need to be replaced I told him to open up the trunk and just re-use the DC 4-1 I'd had pulled off the car earlier. I could hear the joy the in his voice as he said, "Yeah...That'll work just fine! I'll have to find a copper exhaust gasket and a properly sized doughnut but that'll work perfectly!"

Too bad he called me up a bit later to tell me that the header was warped too.

Goes to show that sometimes you never can tell about those guys. He even tried, tried, to get the replacement parts covered under warrenty but that just wasn't gonna happen.
